Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, content, images, logos, credentials and other materials required for the project. Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the agreed project delivery timeline.
Any additional requirements or changes outside the approved scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
All payments must be made according to the payment schedule mutually agreed upon at the time of confirmation. LST Infotech reserves the right to suspend or temporarily discontinue services if payments are not received within the agreed due date.
For recurring services such as hosting, website maintenance, SEO or digital marketing, services may be paused or discontinued in case of overdue payments.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, trademarks, product information and other materials supplied to LST Infotech are accurate and legally authorized for use.
LST Infotech will not be responsible for copyright or legal claims arising from materials supplied by the client.
Domain registration, hosting and related services are subject to the terms and policies of the respective service providers. Renewal charges must be paid before the expiry date to maintain uninterrupted service.
LST Infotech is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party hosting, domain providers, server issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SEO, PPC, SMO and other digital marketing services are performance-oriented services. Search engine rankings, advertising results, leads, traffic and conversions may vary due to competition, market conditions, platform algorithms, budget and other external factors.
LST Infotech does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or a fixed number of leads unless expressly agreed in writing.
Reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope may be provided. Additional revisions, redesigns or changes beyond the approved scope may be chargeable.
Once a design, content, website layout or other deliverable has been approved by the client, subsequent major changes may be treated as additional work.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final customized deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred as agreed.
Third-party software, plugins, stock images, fonts, templates, APIs and other licensed resources remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Once work has commenced, cancellation and refund requests will be subject to the mutually agreed project terms.
No Return / No Refund Policy: Payments made for services that have already commenced, completed work, purchased third-party resources, domain registration, hosting, advertising expenditure or other committed services may not be refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LST Infotech reserves the right to suspend services, website maintenance, hosting-related support or other ongoing services in cases of non-payment, misuse, violation of these terms or other material breaches of the service agreement.
LST Infotech will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and professional services. However, we shall not be liable for losses caused by third-party services, server failures, cyber incidents, search engine algorithm changes, platform policies, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
LST Infotech respects the confidentiality of client information and will take reasonable measures to protect business, project and account information shared for service purposes. Confidential information will not knowingly be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide the contracted services.
LST Infotech reserves the right to modify, update or revise these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms may be published on this website and will become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
